At 86'D, every order is prepared with care, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
RETURNS
we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
unworn
unwashed
in original condition
free of orders, stains, pet hair, or damage
returned with original packaging
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
If the requested size is available, we’re happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
